Description: On October 2, 2019 after discovering his bail was revoked, Plaintiff absconded from court. Plaintiff made his way to his family member's house on Featherbed Lane in the Bronx. Defendant Officers, John Doe 1-6 of the 10 Defendant Officers arrived at the family member's home and employed brutal, retaliatory excessive force upon the Plaintiff in the process of arresting the Plaintiff. Defendant Officers John Doe 1-6 hit, kicked, tased and punched the Plaintiff before dragging his down the stairs of the building in handcuffs.
