Description: On October 7, 2019, Plaintiff was lawfully present inside the 121st Precinct when he was arrested and handcuffed by defendant officers with no probable cause or legal justification. Prior to October 7, 2019, Plaintiff was contacted repeatedly by defendant officers who told Plaintiff to come to the precinct to speak with them. Plaintiff was not told what they wanted to speak with him about, but went to the precinct because he knew he did not commit a crime or violate the law in any way. Upon arriving, Plaintiff was immediately handcuffed and arrested and was subjected to interrogation and searches for many hours.
