Description: On March 4, 2021, Plaintiff was sitting in the front seat of his vehicle, which was legally parked, when Police Officer India Greene drove by, wound down her car window and yelled "what are you looking at?" and "what did you say?" Plaintiff rolled down his window and asked "excuse me?" and Officer Greene responded "what did you say?" Plaintiff said "I didn't say anything," and in response, Officer Greene approached Plaintiff's vehicle and told him to get the "F out of the car."
