Description: On March 19, 2013, Defendants Detective Candace McPherson and Officers John Does 1-4 unlawfully arrested Plaintiff Ariel Silverio for alleged involvement with the possession and sale of marijuana. Defendants wrongfully seized, detained and searched Silverio when they transported him to a precinct where they strip searched him before transporting him to booking. SIlverio was released on March 20, 2013. He was charged with one count of Criminal Sale of Marijuana in the 4th Degree and one count of Criminal Possession of Marijuana in the 5th Degree. His case was ultimately dismissed on May 20, 2014.

Description: On June 11, 2011, Plaintiff was walking when he was surrounded by NYPD officers.
