Description: FACTS: Plaintiff was a soldier in the U.S army from 1997 through 2006. Plaintiff had been seriously wounded in Iraq in 2005 and was honorably discharged in 2006 after undergoing extensive rehabilitation for his injuries. Following this, plaintiff obtained a job with the United States Department of Justice as a federal corrections officer in New York City at the Metropolitan Detention Center.
