Description: On or about February 9, 2021 at approximately 7:00 pm, the defendants, police officers, Peter Mombrun (shield #5163), Jamaal Miller (shield #1363) and Alex Nulman (tax #94361), without any legal basis or justification, grabbed and assaulted Ahmad Musa in the vicinity of a building located at 509 85th street, Brooklyn, New York . While restraining Mr. Musa, Officer Mombrun, Miller and Nulman violently contorted Mr. Musa's arms and wrists and applied handcuffs in an excessively tight fashion. Mr. Musa complained that the handcuffs were too tight, but his pleas were ignored by the officers. The defendants, without a valid warrant, reasonable suspicion or probable cause, illegally searched through Mr. Musa's pocket...
