Description: On January 17, 2013, POs Werber, Antoine, and Jane Doe approached Plaintiff and asked if he could identify someone based on a photo. When Plaintiff could not, PO Werber asked Plaintiff to produce identification. Plaintiff asked why they wanted his identification, informing the POs that he was a peace officer. POs Werber and Antoine insulted Plaintiff, telling him they didn't know what a peace officer was.
