Description: On May 11, 2013, Plaintiff went to the 13th Precinct to complain about NYPD officers verbally harassing him. NYPD Officer Robert Antonelli dismissed Plaintiff's complaint and ordered Plaintiff to leave the Precinct. NYPD Officer Matthew Schiller dragged Plaintiff out the door and told him not to re-enter or he would be arrested. Plaintiff re-entered the building and was arrested by Officer Schiller. Plaintiff cursed at Officer Schiller, who punched Plaintiff in the face.
