Description: On September 10, 2012, when plaintiff was lawfully walking on the street, he was stopped, detained, searched, and arrested by NYPD officers, including but not limited to John Gonis, Timonthy House, and Milton Skoufis. When the plaintiff was simply walking on the street, Police officers stopped plaintiff and ordered him not to move at gunpoint. The officers ordered the plaintiff to put his hands on a parked NYPD police car and tightly handcuffed plaintiff, and searched him. Nothing was found during the search. But the plaintiff was still transported to a police precinct. When plaintiff was in the police car, he asked the police officers to loosen the tight handcuffs, but the officers ignored his request.
