Description: On December 10, 2013, plaintiff Samantha Nieves was a guest in the premises located at 43 Ebbitts Street, Staten Island, NY. On December 10, 2013, defendants Steven Lopez, John Tancredi, Christopher Eng and "John Doe" 1-6 entered the premises located at 43 Ebbitts Street. Upon entering the premises, three of the defendant officers arrested plaintiff Samantha Nieves, handcuffed her and removed her from the premises.
