Description: On June 15, 2018, the plaintiff was approached by officer Michael Philbin who asked for a ride on the Plaintiff's boat to the Nautical Mile in Freeport and the Plaintiff agreed. Later that night, the Plaintiff came across officers Philbin and Gregory Rittenhouse at Jeremy's. The officers, who were highly inebriated, asked for a ride back on the Plaintiff's boat and the Plaintiff agreed. Upon return, officer Rittenhouse asked to use the Plaintiff's bathroom and they all entered the house. When officer Rittenhouse exited the bathroom, the Plaintiff noticed there was vomit and urine all over the bathroom and had to clean it.
