Description: On November 9, 2021, Defendants Commender, Giuliani and the DOE Defendants approached Plaintiff, who was a high school student at Concord High School without legal justification or excuse and searched plaintiff. The defendants had no probable cause or reasonable suspicion that the plaintiff was engaged in an illegal activity. The search yielded no evidence of any guns, drugs or contraband. Despite the absence of any evidence of wrongdoing by the plaintiff, the defendants used excessive force in effectuating the arrest and repeatedly struck Plaintiff about the face and body causing significant injuries to him.
