The detectives questioned Plaintiff about the location of his fiancé, who was in the hospital with an anxiety attack, and told him they were taking him to the precinct. Plaintiff stated he was going to visit his fiancé at the hospital and tried to close the door. Description: Plaintiff was walking down the street when he was recognized by some 30th Precinct officers who knew he had sued officers at the precinct in 2012. The officers then looked him up on facial recognition software and claimed he was a robbery suspect from a prior incident. Officers went to Plaintiff's two more times and arrested him the second time, searched his home, did a poor lineup and charged him with Robbery in the 2nd Degree. Charges were dismissed.
