Description: Defendant Officer Avalos was called to Plaintiff's house after a domestic dispute. Officer Avalos started to pursue Plaintiff 1 and manipulate both her and he husband. One night, Officer Avalos had sex with Plaintiff 1 while she was very intoxicated and didn't remember, took pictures/videos of them having sex, and blackmailed her with them. Plaintiff met up with Avalos again because he promised to delete the photos, at which point he raped her. Officer Avalo continued to manipulate both Plaintiffs for many months.
