Description: On August 22, 2012, NYPD Police Officer Timothy Downing and 7 other police officers unlawfully arrested Plaintiff in his home, pointing guns at him though he was not making any threats. They then searched his home unlawfully, and pushed him against the wall with excessive force, then handcuffed and transported him to 103 Precinct. He was detained for 2 1/2 days. His Miranda rights were not read to him.
