Description: On August 20, 2018 at 8:00 AM, at the 69th precinct at 9720 Foster Avenue, Brooklyn, Defendant Detective David miller wrongfully touched, grabbed, handcuffed, and seized Plaintiff Daron Goodman with excessive force. Defendant Detective Miller took Plaintiff into custody and initiated charged against him. Plaintiff was held for 16 hours before he was released from Kings County Criminal Court.
