Description: On September 12, 2020, the Plaintiff was lawfully at the 34th Precinct, 4295 Broadway. At said location, Plaintiff was attending a protest concerning Police Violence against African Americans. Plaintiff was ordered to walk on the sidewalk when she was then forcibly grabbed by an unknown Officer and placed in handcuffs as he said “This one”. Plaintiff was directly targeted to be falsely arrested. Just prior to her arrest, the Plaintiff was speaking on a mega-phone protesting police violence.
