Description: On or about January 20, 2018, John Brehon (Plaintiff) was arrested by P.O. Natasha Matthews, P.O. Rico Iantorno and John and James Doe (Defendants). During the arrest, plaintiff was improperly battered and assaulted without privilege, proper authority or justification. Defendants utilized unjustified, unnecessary excessive force. The defendants immediately commenced a brutal repeated beating and assault upon Plaintiff, despite him laying in the grass, offering no resistance nor any justification for the assault visited upon him.
