Description: On October 28, 2011, named Plaintiff Winston McLennon was unlawfully stopped at the intersection of Grand Central Parkway and the Long Island Expressway by NYPD Officers Keith Penney and Nicholas Konkowski. Officer Penney ordered Plaintiff to exit the vehicle where he was searched and arrested. On July 31, 2012, Judge Stephanie Zaro found that Officers Penney and Konkowski conducted an unconstitutional checkpoint stop. On November 21, 2012, plaintiff's case was dismissed.
