Description: Defendant Officers approached Plaintiff as he was entering his building, arrested him, took him to the 33rd precinct and told him he would be charged with disorderly conduct. Plaintiff was then charged with sale of a controlled substance relating to an incident that occurred two weeks prior. The charge was eventually dismissed on the DA's motion.

Description: Plaintiff was inside a parking lot with his friend when the defendants, P.O. Guzman and Ortiz pulled up in their unmarked car and began to question the plaintiff and his friend. Plaintiff and his friend were stopped, frisked, arrested for trespassing, and the defendants allegedly found marijuana on the plaintiff's person. Plaintiff was taken to the 33rd precinct with tight handcuffs where he was strip searched and charged with trespassing and marijuana. Plaintiff was released on ROR by the judge and had his charges thrown out a year later.
