Description: First incident: While working as a painter inside of a residence, Defendant Officers burst into the residence and searched Plaintiff, arrested him, brought him to the precinct, took money from him, and did not vouch it. He was released from the precinct without being prosecuted. Second incident: Defendants followed plaintiff on his bicycle, driving so close to him that they knocked him off, causing his body to strike a parked vehicle and fall to the ground.
