Description: Plaintiff was on his motorcycle heading southbound from aforementioned location when a defendant officer swung his baton at the plaintiff. Plaintiff stopped to complain to other defendant officers who kicked him off his motorcycle and began to physically assault him and spray mace in his face. Plaintiff was placed under arrest and transported to the 28th precinct. Charges unspecified and outcome unknown.
