Description: On or about July 9, 2013, Plaintiff was in a for-hire vehicle that was scheduled to bring Plaintiff to the hospital. The driver of the vehicle refused to drive Plaintiff’s children with Plaintiff. When Plaintiff refused to leave the vehicle, both the driver and Plaintiff called the police.
