Description: On January 25, 2022, without probable cause or other legal justification, Plaintiff was approached and was assaulted and battered by the defendants, RICHARD BELL,LUCIO VILLANUEVA and other unknown police officers. The plaintiff was violently grabbed by his arms and legs and thereafter was forcefully placed in handcuffs. The plaintiff was taken to the 14"' Precinct, where he was processed and then placed in a holding cell. The following day, he was released from the precinct and then was given a desk appearance ticket for a baseless charge.
