Description: (Complaint failed to mention dates of incident.) Plaintiff was kidnapped and wrongfully arrested by P.O.s Nieves and Anderson five days after getting a disposition for a previous civil charge. In a separate incident, Plaintiff was parked in front of his girlfriend’s house with his engine off. A P.O. came up to the window and knocked, asking Plaintiff if he was drinking.
