XOYATLACEBADA, DOE, and ROE searched, seized, and arrested the Plaintiffs. . P.O. XOYATLACEBADA, DOE, and ROE touched, grabbled, handcuffed, seized, and arrested Plaintiffs in an excessive manner and with excessive force. Due to misrepresentation, the Plaintiffs were arraigned after his arrest and falsely and maliciously prosecuted.
