U.S. District Court - Southern District NY, March 13, 2017, ended November 20, 2017
Zero Disposition
Complaint
Description: Plaintiff was approached by two CVS store employees who escorted him to the back of the store on the incident date. He was prevented from leaving the store because the employees accused him of robbery on September 17, 2015. Plaintiff reassured the employees that he could not have robbed the CVS on that date because he was incarcerated then. This statement was ignored and the plaintiff was arrested when the defendant arrived. He was later charged with one count of robbery in the second degree. This charge was later dismissed.
