Description: On August 12, 2013, at approximately 10:00pm the Plaintiff was lawfully present in the vicinity of 2815 Grand Concourse in the Bronx when Defendant Officers Bernard Corey, Matthew Johnson and John and Jane Doe 1 to 10 unlawfully detained her and, without reasonable suspicion or probable cause to believe she had committed any crime, detained her and demanded her identification. After the Plaintiff complied, Defendant Officers struck the Plaintiff and forced her toward their police vehicle where they began to search her and groped her breasts.
