Description: On January 2, 2020, while Plaintiff had not committed any crimes or violations of the law, he was aggressively approached by numerous NYPD officers, including PATRICK DALY. Defendants, DALY, proceeded to physically restrain Plaintiff while violently contorting his arms behind his back before finally affixing metal handcuffs to Plaintiff’s wrists in an excessively tight fashion. Defendants then proceeded to illegally search Plaintiff’s person by subjecting Plaintiff to illegal strip-searches with attendant cavity inspections of his person or other gratuitously invasive physical inspections or bodily searches.

They handcuffed the plaintiff and her grandson and detained her against her will. They conducted a search of the home in an egregious manner, without masks during the height of the pandemic, and ridiculed the plaintiff and her grandson about it. Description: On July 30, 2015, officers responded to a domestic violence call at the Plaintiffs house. The Plaintiff watched his wife perform a sexual act on Officer Daly near the Plaintiff’s bedroom door. Officer Jorge drove the Plaintiff away from the door and down the hallway as Officer Daly began to enter the bedroom. Officer Daly entered the Plaintiff’s bedroom and had sexual intercourse with his wife, who has a mental illness. While this occurred, Officer Jorge forced Plaintiff down in another room.
