Description: On November 11. 2021, Plaintiff was unlawfully stopped, searched and arrested by PO Fabia Modesto Sergeant Richard Ocasio and 8 unidentified members of the NYPD. He as accused of standing in the street and blocking traffic. During the arrest, Plaintiff was assaulted by Modesto, Ocasio and the unidentified officers using excessive force, and, was tasered in the testicles by PO Modesto. At Kings County Hospital, where he was taken for treatment, medical records indicate that a taser prong was removed from his scrotum.
After incarceration for 2 days, the DA declined to prosecute and he was released from Central Booking.
