Description: On April 13, 2013, NYPD officers Ryan Galvin, Anthony Torres and Sergeant Erek Powers violently assaulted Plaintiff Mike Jones in his place of business, threw him on a sofa and beat him with closed fists while sitting on him. When taking Plaintiff from the store in handcuffs, officers slammed his head against a doorframe so violently as to later require 8 stitches.
