Description: On August 12, 2012, Plaintiff Michael Johnson was ordered to the police station for questioning for allegedly stealing a bicycle and 19$ from a 9-year-old boy in the Bronx. Plaintiff alleges false arrest, malicious prosecution, and abuse of process, among other claims. Specifically, Plaintiff alleges that Detective Yvette Caraballo induced the child to identify johnson in an unfairly suggestive photo array, when the police already had a video that proved Johnson was innocent.
