The officers, acting under the color of law, filed a criminal complaint against Mr. Delarosa, accusing him of assault. They threatened him with the possible use of firearms and physical force. Description: On November 21, 2020, Idriss Coubadja (Plaintiff) was lawfully present in his vehicle with two other individuals when Kevin Leonard and John or Jane Doe 1-10 (Defendants) illegally approached Plaintiff, knocked on the driver's side window of Plaintiff's vehicle, and demanded identification. Plaintiff complied with the orders who then took Plaintiff's ID back to the car, went to their vehicle, then returned to Plaintiff and demanded he and the two aforesaid individuals exit the vehicle, and then proceeded to conduct an illegal search of Plaintiff's vehicle. Defendants then falsely communicated to Plaintiff that he had a warrant out for his arrest, but Plaintiff was completely unaware of said warrant. Defendants ...
