Description: On November 18, 2021, P.O. entered Plaintiff’s house without warning and arrested Plaintiff while Plaintiff was pregnant and asleep in her bed with her 2-year-old child. P.O. asked her youngest daughter’s father. When the Plaintiff informed that he was not at home, P.O. arrested the Plaintiff without probable cause and ransacked her home. After hours of illegally searching Plaintiff’s home, P.O. grabbed Plaintiff, pinned her arms behind her back, and shackled her wrists with tight, metal handcuffs full of her terrified and screaming children.
