Description: On August 25th 2010, Plaintiff John Spratt was an invitee at 2120 Randall Avenue in the Bronx when Defendant Officers Michael Blondo, Captain Kevin M. Maloney and John Doe 1-10 forcibly entered the premises with weapons drawn and without probable cause. Defendant officers proceeded to falsify reports that Plaintiff had control and dominion over alleged recovered contraband. Plaintiff was arrested and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd, 4th, and 7th Degree. Plaintiff was unlawfully imprisoned for 35 days before he was arraigned. Plaintiff was held for an additional three weeks before the false charges were dismissed.
