Description: A former police officer was driving a car and repeatedly cut off plaintiff in his car and otherwise harassed him while driving. Near a traffic light, plaintiff got out of his car to make a note of the license plate when the individual drove his vehicle into plaintiff, striking him, and drove off with him on the hood. Even though Plaintiff was not at fault, he was denied medical attention, taken to the 106th Precinct, and charged with unspecified crimes that were later dismissed. The former officer was not charged with anything.
