Description: On July 24, 2010, Plaintiff was approached by undercover NYPD Detective Stephen Jones who searched him, found nothing, and proceeded to arrest him. According to an undercover NYPD officer, Plaintiff participated in a sale of cocaine to that officer on June 30, 2010. 24 days later, on July 24, 2010, that undercover officer saw Plaintiff in the street and called in his arrest.
