Complaint
Description: On November 17, 2021 Plaintiff was driving on 495 Expressway westbound, when he was pulled over by police officers, including V WONG and another unknown police officer, over allegations of Speeding. When Plaintiff asked for the reasons of the pull over because he did not violate any laws, Officer did not reply. After Plaintiff asked to speak to a superior, the officer's partner walked over the driver’s side and opened the door – yanking him out of the vehicle by his wrist. This aggressive pull caused injury and substantial pain who was transported to the hospital.
