Description: On September 28 2016, the Plaintiff was wrongfully sentenced to 10 years in prison based on the wrongful and fabricated efforts made by NYPD Detective Ellis DeLoren, and John Does. The Detectives initiated a serious malicious prosecution against the Plaintiff resulting in his extensive and unlawful incarceration of 6 years and deprivation of liberty.
