Description: On July 22nd, 2015, Plaintiff Prenford Henry was improperly detained and falsely arrested by Defendant Officers using the full force of arms. While being detained, Defendant Officers threatened harm and intentionally caused a harmful contact to Plaintiff Henry, resulting in injuries to Plaintiff Henry.
