Description: On May 7, 2012, as plaintiff WILLIAMS was about to enter his workplace, Defendant NYPD officers NOTTWICZ and LOPEZ, wearing plainclothes – grabbed him from behind.
Defendant NYPD officers NOTTWICZ and LOPEZ then swept Plaintiff WILLIAMS’ legs out from under him, causing Plaintiff WILLIAMS’ head to slam into a set of nearby stairs. Defendant NYPD officers NOTTWICZ and LOPEZ punched and struck Plaintiff several times in his head-area and around his right eye, with each punch forcing the back of Plaintiff’s head to slam into the stairs.
