Description: On September 9, 2019, at approximately 1:29 p.m., Plaintiff Anthony Hernandez was lawfully present in the vicinity of 49 West 225th Street in Bronx County, when Defendant NYPD Police Officers, including Jason Vasquez, in plainclothes, suddenly and without explanation chased after plaintiff, grabbing him and slamming him onto the ground. Defendants arrested plaintiff without probable cause or reasonable suspicion, and transported him to the 50th Precinct.
