Description: On or about July 3, 2021, while Angel Corretjer (Plaintiff) was lawfully operating his motor vehicle, she was stopped, detained and arrested by the NYPD police officers and then taken and transported by NYPD and jailed at the 49th Precinct, without any valid right or grounds therefore. At the lime of defendant's unlawful arrest and imprisonment, plaintiff had not committed or attempted to commit any illegal act.
