Description: On December 22, 2019, plaintiff was assaulted in a bar known as the Brass Money located at 55 Little West 12th St. On January 13, 2020, plaintiff provided information to defendant PO to aid him in the investigation of the aforementioned assault. Defendant POs arrested plaintiff at the sixth precinct when the plaintiff was held for a long and unreasonable period without probable cause. The district attorney refused to prosecute the charges against the plaintiff.

Description: On May 23, 2018 in the vicinity of 1165 Broadway, NY, NY, Plaintiff was helping someone find a wholesale t-shirt company when defendants stopped, handcuffed and arrested her. Plaintiff was not engaged in any unlawful behavior and did not possess or sell anything unlawful. Plaintiff was arrested, transported to the 13 precinct, and strip searched. After several hours, plaintiff was transported to Manhattan Central Booking.
