Complaint
Description: Plaintiff's brother gave plaintiff a MetroCard, and plaintiff swiped himself into the subway. Defendant officer approached plaintiff, requested his identification, twisted his arm and placed him in handcuffs. Unidentified officer physically assaulted plaintiff and sprayed him with pepper spray. Defendant officers searched plaintiff, and transported him to a nearby precinct. Plaintiff was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. The case was adjourned in contemplation of dismissal.
