Complaint
Description: On March 14, 2019, Plaintiffs were "lawfully present" in an apartment in Brooklyn, when Defendants forcibly entered the apartment with their weapons drawn. Despite complying with demands from Defendants, "a number" of Plaintiffs were assaulted and shoved to the ground. Plaintiff Antonio Martinez sustained injuries as a result of the assault and Defendants denied his request for medical attention. The Plaintiffs were then arrested and transported. Based on the Defendants collective false accounts and defendant PO Perezcoyle's falsified arrest report, the Plaintiffs were arraigned on various charges. All charges were eventually dismissed and sealed.
