Description: On April 28th, 2020 Plaintiff was inside a vehicle at 1105 Jerome Avenue in the Bronx when Defendant Officers, including Officer Latanzio and Sergeants Vargas and Burke, illegally stopped, searched, and unlawfully arrested Plaintiffs Adam, Rios, and Simmons. The DA’s Officer declined to prosecute all of Plaintiffs’ cases.
