Description: On June 4, 2021, Plaintiff was a passenger in a lawfully parked vehicle in Brooklyn when defendant NYPD Officers, including MARC WHIRL, JOSEPH JACOBSEN and other unknown officers, unlawfully stopped, questioned, searched, and falsely arrested Plaintiff without probable cause or legal justification. Defendants ordered Plaintiff to exit the vehicle and performed an illegal search of Plaintiff’s person, without any basis. Defendant Officers performed also an illegal search of the vehicle.
