Description: On April 16, 2022, Plaintiff was a passenger in his friend's car when Officers, without probable cause, pulled over the car, opened the passenger side door, grabbed the Plaintiff and forcibly pulled him out of the vehicle. Officers then roughly handcuffed and searched Plaintiff and threw him into the police car, slamming his foot against the car. They then transported him to the 75th Precinct.
