Description: On December 2, 2017 on a Bronx crossstreet at around 2:30 p.m. plaintiff was stopped by officers. Plaintiff was accosted, searched, and placed under arrest. Plaintiff was placed in a police vehicle and driven several blocks and then transfered into a different NYPD vehicle. Plaintiff was taken to a police precinct and charged for criminal sale of a controlled substance and criminal possession of a controlled substance even though no items were recovered during search. Plaintiff spent 2 days in custody and released following arraingment. After 2 years and 13 court appearances, charges were dropped.
